SKA, with its registered office at 2 Koszutki Street, 30-694 Kraków, as the manufacturer and owner of the Qbrick System brand, declares that all Qbrick System products meet the safety requirements specified in Regulation (EU) 2023/988 of the European Parliament and of the Council on general product safety (GPSR) and other applicable provisions of European Union and national law.

Qbrick System products:

• Have been designed and manufactured in accordance with the best safety practices.
• Do not pose a threat to the health and life of users under normal conditions of use.
• Are subject to appropriate quality control procedures and safety tests.
• Have the required markings

 

In the event of any hazards related to the use of our products, we undertake to take all necessary actions in accordance with the GPSR requirements.
